Book a week challenge - 2009

I have been keeping up on my book a week challenge for 2009  - I just haven't been keeping up on the blog posts. :)  I updated my list of books I've read recently - you can view it over there on the left sidebar. I'm only keeping the 10 most recent books listed so the blog won't be annoyingly long to scroll through.  I need to find some good fiction to read - I've been reading homeschooling books and discipline books and I'm ready for a story.  I might have to go back and read some older favorites if I can't think of something soon. Some updates & happy anniversary to me

I updated my book list in the left column and I added about 14 layouts to my "recent scrapbook layouts" gallery on the right.  The new layouts are on the bottom of the 2nd page of that album (click the arrow on the bottom of the first page to get to page 2).

And happy anniversary to us - Scott and I have been married 14 years today. We are going out this Saturday to celebrate and I will hopefully get a picture of us together then (let's hope our babysitter is good with the camera!).

Books, books, and more books

I've been doing a lot of reading lately - mainly because Scott has been working so many evenings and what with the writer's strike and all... Hopefully now that all the tv shows are coming back I can slow down on the reading. Did I just say that?  I'm kidding of course, I actually don't watch very much TV.

I updated my book list to the left with the last 4 books I've read and my comments on each. I've got at least a half dozen other books sitting on my nightstand so there will be more updates to come.

And hopefully I'll get some pictures loaded soon, we've been busy with school and then spring break so there are many to share.
